10 Point HVAC equipment inspection.  Replace filters, clean heating/cooling system, clean unit cabinets inside and out including outdoor coil. Lubrication of all necessary parts, inspect motors, pumps and perform amp draws, inspect electrical and blower compartments which include compressor, contactor, bearings, fan blade and service disconnect. Tighten electrical and low voltage connections and test capacitors. Check for any loose electrical connections.  Check gas pressures and refrigerant levels and adjust if necessary. Perform Carbon Monoxide check and inspect heat exchanger. Check all safety controls.  Check operation of thermostats and replace batteries if necessary.  Run all equipment and check for proper operation.
